The nuclear energy, similar to the aeolian, liquid and sunny, can generate electricity without emissions of carbon dioxide and another greenhouse gases. The crucial deviation is that the only proved method of the production of the large amounts of"ecologically fairly"electric power is the nuclear energy. The nuclear energy and the alternative sources are not rivals. They must be used jointly, for the needs in the world from the ecologically clean energy to be fulfilled.
Using the energy recovered sources will prove a  positive influence on setting the environment in world order, because it does not disjoins on the industry to green energy carbon dioxide and  the waste materials are situated more a little. The world energy consumption grows continually. Not only the developed countries but the overtake economies use always more energy for their economy exploitation. In combination with the shallowing traditional energy sources (Largely the ore-fuels: coals, petroleum, natural gas and uranium) that makes an energy deficit and continual rates advance- for fuels, electric power and heating and as well as all other products and services that directly depend from them.
One of the opportunities is using alternative sources for neutralization or at any rate for decrease of that consequence.

The states - the members will have 18 months to enter legislatively the change. It needs to have got facilities for production of electricity or hot water from the sun at the administrative buildings as well.
